They offer you inflation with your insurance, so if something happened to your home you're going to be able to replace it instead of insuring it for what you bought it for and never being able to replace it. Your insurance goes up as time goes by to cover that, but it's well worth it. It's excellent all the way through. They're outstanding. If they needed an adjuster to come out, they were usually there within two or three days. Their responsiveness was really outstanding.

I've been with them since 1963 so it's really good. They have what they call a subscriber's savings account. In other words, they give you back some of your money as long as things are going well, and they'll send you a little check a couple times a year. It's like paying you a dividend. It's been excellent. Service-wise, you call them on the phone and they'll take care of everything from there. After I whacked the front end of my car, I called them and they told me where to take it to get it fixed. They pick people who do a great job. The car looked like new when I got it back; you could never tell anything had happened. I used the same people several years ago when I got whacked in the side, and it was the same thing. I just love it. You call them on the phone with all the details, and if there's any coordinating that needs to be done with other companies or other drivers, they'll do it. They pick it up from the time you call and take care of it from there. Anything you have with them, they're outstanding. Their worldwide reputation is well-earned.

It is a great insurance policy. We pay for the auto insurance and that s for two cars. That is a great deal considering one of the cars is a sports car. You have to be military or directly related to them to get these insurance policies. It can be any branch of the military.

Not everyone can use USAA but they really are great. They will give you money back at the end of each year if you have overpaid. They do some sort of dividend and profit sharing program. They are so helpful, you would not believe it and they are just really a step above probably other insurance companies so we feel real lucky to be able to take advantage of their services.
