Scheduling was a teeny tiny bit cumbersome, but once we were able to get the dates down and decide on the work it was great. They showed up early and were done with the job in a shorter time than I expected. The workers were knowledgeable and very kind. I would hire them again.

We took on the service of Swift N Easy through Home Advisor if I am not mistaken October/November. In todays competitive lawn care and maintenance, companies need to keep their promises to ensure they retain the trust of their customers. Which Swift had an outstanding pitch of how they were different and above all others. It would be safe to say that keeping promises to customers should underlie everything that a company does, and is at the core of customer service excellence. Customers understand that there would be service lapses and problems. Customers are ready to forgive if they know that the company tried its best, and that it would do anything to make amends. Customers must perceive effort and commitment from the company in keeping its promises to them. Breaking promises to customers is a sure shot way of driving them away, and ensuring that they never come back. We know that customers become profitable and loyal for companies that they like and trust and these feelings come about only when a company is able to do everything it said it would do at the start of the association. From day one Swift appears to find basic everyday push mower workers and bring them on with the sales pitch of obtaining clients. In a short period we experience service which appeared to have been conducted by the neighborhood kid working for $20. We experience their employee trying to obtain side work in the name of the Lord, from a worker leaving his riding lawn mow in my yard broke down for over a week. Eventually we got to a point of no return and had come to the conclusion that it was time to move on. Follow is my complaint of many to follow. Complaint A (Dorethea, I sent you pictures of our concern the last cut, hedges again untrimmed. The cut have the appearance of a kid trying to make extra change. Take this email as notice, if the next cut do not improve, its best we part ways. We having had a good cut since your son did the service. Not to mention, your guy broke a flower pot in the yard. So far we are not happy with the service) Nothing did to correct the problem Rental Propety below Complaint B - (Hi Dorethea, Okay, I just spoke with my mother in law, she stated that he trimmed the hedges in the back and left the branches on the ground, there is grass clippings and leaves in the drive and under the carport where he did not blow clear. and here is a picture of the tree that a failed to even attempt and trim.) Complaint C - Yes, that is us. We do not think things are going to workout for us. We have come to the conclusion that you mean well and have great intentions. But, its obvious that you own and run the company with a bunch of more or less temporary or temp employees who are not vested, they are contractors, so their work or performance does not rest on their shoulders or the representation of their work. Just as I informed you that I had a guy doing our rental property who could just cut, and was not good at that. You were anxious to use his services to have someone to service your obtained customers. The reality is we have received much better and at a higher level of service for less money. So, just as you thought it was necessary to charge $70 for a bush trim, we feel the service that we receive currenty is worth about $45 therefore your prices are too high for what's offered. So the next cut maybe the last. ***Also note that we have an unsettled flower pot bill that we will deduct from our next invoice. Last Call - Complaint D- Good evening Dorethea, again your guy was a no show, no call. At this point instead of continuing to waste one anothers time. I suggest we just ended it now. I made it very clear from the beginning of what my expectations were. And you agreed that you fully understood and would do exactly what you proclaimed that you would do. Well again my disappointment is beyond measure. NOW TRYING TO OVERCHARGE...

"This individual did not want to pay his bill. He literally fabricated and copied words from another disgruntled customer who did not want to pay his bill. It is unfortunate that people can arbitrarily disparage a company because they do not wish to pay a bill. It is also unfortunate that Home Advisor does not support it's true customers, the pros who pay for leads. As a professional company we will continue to offer current and potential customers the best prices and highest quality of service. It is very fortunate that these erroneous reviews have had not had an impact on our company and we have been lucky to acquire customers who provide honest feedback when something is wrong and more importantly who provide feedback when they are more than satisfied with the quality, timeless and pricing our our work! "While we appreciate the glowing review, this customer has not paid the bill- efforts to collect the payment have been unsuccessful. We respectfully hope any future contractor does not agree to provide service without obtaining a deposit. We of course will continue efforts to secure payment. We finally received payment for services provided in April. We wish to thank the customer for honoring the commitment to pay Dorethea Kennedy"

The company responded promptly to my request for service. Someone came out and did an assessment, and I was on the schedule the next week. The work was well done, and everything we agreed to was taken care of. The office manager was professional and very conscientious. Although they have only cut once at this point, the quality of service is very good. I am looking forward to working with this company long-term.
