+ -1 moreThis unresponsiveness and lack of modern technology skills sets the tone for the business as a whole... so I moved on. I found somebody else who was super responsive and technologically savvy--they know how to professionally and courteously return a text/call promptly and do the basics: leave a detailed voice mail & send a text as well. Good (and up-to-date) communication skills is KEY in any business.
Description of Work: Never received a verbal response to the text messages I left on Angie's List for this provider - no return text or voice mail received from the company - despite two attempts on my part.

+ -1 moreThe service provider is unprofessional with answering her phone. I am used to companies calling me and she just sent me an email stating that I needed to contact her. I needed someone to know what they were doing and I didn't have time to wait around.

My lawn had not been maintained in quite some time, and Tom at Easy Lawn Maintenance did a fantastic job cleaning up my overgrown yard, which was slowly approaching jungle status! :0) Courteous, polite, and very prompt (I contacted him around Noon, and my job was finished, before I got home from work the same day!), Tom also has good knowledge of different types of trees, plants, weeds, etc, and help me identify some nuisance plants and problem areas in my yard that I was unaware of, which was very helpful. Excellent customer service all the way around and very reasonable rates! Plan to have him maintain my lawn on a regular basis going forward. Happy Customer!
