On Time Cleaning & Turn Key Of North Georgia

The provider was hired on October 7, 2013 to clean and paint the interior of my house. Cleaners were supposed to clean on Wednesday the 9th and painters were supposed to paint on Thursday and Friday - October 10-11. When I hired this provider I was clear that the work had to be done by Friday October 11th because I was having carpet installed by a different provider on Saturday October 12th. I was assured that the timing would not be a problem because the company has 4 painting crews. The cleaning happened on time on Wednesday. Painters didn't show up on Thursday October 10th so I called and was assured that they would be there on Friday October 11th and that the job would be finished before the Carpet team showed up on Saturday. The Painters didn't show up again on Friday - they showed up on Saturday at the same time as the carpet team. They began work in an area where the carpet team was not working. The painters worked for a couple of days and then started randomly showing up / not showing up to work. I also started noticing that they had used dishes from my cabinet and eaten food from the pantry. After they didn't show up for an entire week to continue the work I made an angry call to one of the owners of the company. She came out on Saturday November 2nd and looked at the house and seemed astounded. There are rooms with walls painted half way up and not finished. There is paint on ceilings and wood floors. She assured me that they would send a different crew to complete the work. She said she needed a couple of days to get somebody there. It is now Wednesday November 13th and nobody has even showed up to do one minute of work in the last 11 days. This "2 day job" is now 5 weeks past due and the owners of the company are not even responding to my phone calls and text messages any more. The work is only partially done and it looks like I will have to hire another painter to finish the job.
