A salesperson returned my call very quickly, and they always called me when they said they would. We had our phones installed during work hours, but because they didn't move the lines to our new system until after hours we didn't have any disruption in our calls. We had two training classes on how to use our phones and voice mail, which were very helpful. We love our phones and how easy they are to use.
