We were extremely satisfied with the quality of work and materials used to restore the door and window as well as prevent the problem in the future. The problem existed due to poor workmanship and design by the builder (Ryland Homes, now CalAtlantic) which caused water to pool above the window and pour directly down into the door which caused wood rot to the point where everything had to be removed down to the frame. My husband had installed a security door that would not close properly because the door frame was not plumb. Home Liquidation Center installers fixed this issue as well and re-installed the security door. We obtained two prior quotes from general contractors to complete the work and their price was four times as much as we paid. The repair was complete in one day. We would recommend this proprietor to anyone experiencing wood rot around doors and windows in the Atlanta area.
