We had a 14 year old builders grade AC system that had finally bit the dust. I called in the morning time and scheduled an estimate. I was told about them because some family was using them to replace their system at the same time. Out of all the estimates they received, H&H beat them by THOUSANDS. I received a call from Billy not an hour later. He came out later that day and completed a thorough walk through. He was very nice and answered all my questions and provided a printout with 4 options. I scheduled the work. They arrive right on time at 8:30 and were already aware of everything Billy and I agreed to. They guys were nice, polite, respectful, and professional. Billy dropped by mid day to check on the progress. Everything was completed wonderfully and beautifully. Billy called me that night to check on it and make sure that it was working. Would definitely hire them again.

Billy Honea was great to work with and his expertise was invaluable in determining exactly what equipment we needed and what ductwork modifications were needed to solve heating and cooling issues we had lived with for years with the old systems. The installation crew was top notch as well.

On 07/14, I woke up to find that our a/c, which had been limping along, had finally quit working. I made a call to H&H on a recommendation from our pastor, and he came over immediately.  We already had a new system that we were going to have installed and just needed to know how much it would be to complete the job.  H&H gave us a thorough written estimate, which was very reasonable for all the work that had to be done to accomodate a larger, more efficient system.  We agreed to the work.  During all this, I got a call that I needed to get to the nursing home, as my dad was passing away.  My dad passed shortly after noon, and my mom and I spent the afternoon notifying family, etc.  About 6:00 that evening, H&H showed up at my door...our pastor had told him that my dad had passed.  He came by on his own to see if he could 'get it to at least limp along while we were going through all this.'  He found a burned wire and replaced it, and the ac did work while we planned local services.  He would not accept any payment...he just wanted to help out.  While we were gone to FL for the burial, they began work as they could, and as soon as we returned and they could have access to the house, the work was done in a day...perfectly.  The kindness and professionalism demonstrated by the owner of this company is priceless. 

 They came out the afternoon that we called them.  They performed a system check and checked the freon.  They had the condenser the next morning and repaired the unit.

The guy was amazing. He got everything up and running because it was just a burnt wire. He didn?t charge us even though he did work for us and came after 6:00 pm to help us. We ended up hiring him to finish installing the system and it ended up being less expensive than his estimate because it was less work than he thought it would be. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
