They were very courteous, they were very thorough and do provide a lifetime guarantee on their work. They did an excellent job.

My old mahogany poster bed was so loose it was about to fall. Jim and Scott weren't sure it could be fixed because of how it was originally put together. They must have spent 45 minutes trying different options. It is now nice and sturdy, and I'm sure another provider would have left without fixing the bed since it was such a challenging task. I would definitely call them again.

The company contacted us immediately after the relocation service assigned them to our case. They came out to inspect the damage soon afterward and determined that it would be best to bring the table into their shop due to the extensive number of scratches, scuffs, dents, etc.
I also sent them back to the shop with an antique mirror that had six holes in it where it originally attached to a dresser. I wanted the holes plugged so I could hang it on a wall. I figured they'd use dowels, but Jerry said that wouldn't look good. Instead, he explained that the holes would be plugged with a filler (can't remember name) and then the surface faux painted to blend and hide traces of the holes. (That cost $100. The rest of the repair work was paid by the relocation company.) When they delivered the table, they repaired our bed frame onsite.
We are very pleases with the repairs, and their customer service went above and beyond what was expected. This is a family business, and everyone we met was very personable, friendly and very good at their jobs. It was obvious that they enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. I would definitely hire them again and refer to friends.

I had group of chairs and during moving, a full box of items fell on them and dislodged the joints in three or four of the chairs. The legs and tops of the chair were tweaked out of alignment, so they took them apart and screwed them back together. They did a very good job, I'm very satisfied. The chairs looked great when they brought them back. A very nice company to work with, would not hesitate to use them again.

WE USED FURNITURE CLINIC OF GEORGIA TO REPAIR OUR FURNITURE THAT WAS DAMAGED IN OUR MOVE TO ATLANTA. THE SCHEDULING WAS QUICK AND TIMELY AFTER WE RECEIVED OUR STUFF FROM STORAGE. THEY TOOK SOME ITEMS WITH THEM DURING THE INITIAL CONSULT SO AS TO PERFORM MORE EXTENSIVE WORK IN THEIR SHOP. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE WHENEVER THEY WERE DOING THE IN-HOME WORK. WE DID NOT PAY FOR THE SERVICES SINCE IT WAS COVERED BY OUR RELOCATION COMPANY.
