Terrible experience. I’ve never had such a bad cleaning done in my home. Paid for a deep cleaning and still have dusty furniture, picture frames, light fixtures and streaks on glass everywhere. Trashcans in the kitchen were full, dishwasher was not wiped, the runner was not vacuumed. It took such a long time to clean the house, because we had to go behind the cleaners and point the things out. The owner asked us to call her and tell what was missed. But after some period of time started yelling on the phone and talking over. Very rude owner. If you don't want to be yelled at, don't hire Family Home Cleaning Services llc. The owner (Joselyn) doesn’t care about the work they do. Very unprofessional. Ms Jocelyn replies to my reviews with a distorted interpretation of the events and lies. It’s unbelievable how unprofessional and dishonest she is. There’s no integrity. Hope no one has to deal with this.

"Hello [Member Name Removed], it is very unfortunate that I have to keep addressing your bad reviews that has been left of my business on every page you have decided to slander my business. However, I have made the decision to respond to avoid anyone from slandering my business and what we believe in. Never in my years in business had an experience like this. You had no intentions to pay us for our services. These photos that you keep posting are photos that were taken before my crew fully finished cleaning your home. I have photo evidence that every concern you had was taken care of. You treated my employees very badly as calling them "trash' and "garbage" and you made it a point several times to say that you were not going to pay for the cleaning as you were laughing in front of my crew. The only reason you submitted payment was because I advised you, I would be calling the police and filing a report. Never in my years of business have I nor my employees ever experience someone treating us the way that you did. I take pride in my business and do the upmost to make sure that my clients are happy but unfortunately no matter how good my crew did, how many times they went back to clean an area that was of concern for you were you happy. My crew was told with me on the phone "you are done you need to get out, tell your boss the check will be in the mail." When that was not true as I communicated with you the form of payment, I accept was Zelle and you also did not have an address to mail the check to. Sadly, as much as we as a team tried out best to make sure you were happy, you were not happy. As I stated in my all my responses to you on all platforms, I wish you the best and God bless."

Satisfied with work done; however, you need to be make certain you understand exactly what Jocelyn views as deep cleaning vs regular cleaning. If you want baseboards dusted, she charges $20 a bedroom and more for larger rooms. She considers dusting baseboards, windowsills and dusting fans as deep cleaning. These are menial duties, taking little time—-she wanted $125 extra just to do baseboards and windowsills on main level. (We have a smaller home). After I complained about the excessive price, she said she would do me a favor and charge $65 extra for main floor only. She claimed she provided me at the beginning with a very detailed list of her pricing. She did not. On the list, it stated: Baseboards, $20. That was it. Nothing about $20 each room, and more for larger rooms. Who knows what she would charge extra for blinds and all other types of woodwork!

Amazing! I am a very picky person when it comes to cleaning my house, but this company totally exceeded my expectations. I will def use them again. So happy with their services... and the best part, they speak English so it was easy to communicate with the effectively.
