Description of Work: Best Lawns Incorporated does whatever is needed for that month. They do the same thing each time which is, pesticide and fertilizer.

 + -1 moreWe pay them yearly, but it is very reasonable. We like their consistency and availability. They are always available when we call and ask questions. They will come out and look at the lawn. They gave us recommendations, but not to the point that we would be pressured. It is a small locally owned business. We think it is certainly reasonable.
Description of Work: We have an annual contract with Best Lawns Inc for lawn & yard work. They come out regularly.

 + -1 moreRIP OFF COMPANY. MY YARD LOOKS THE WORSE IT EVER HAS.
Description of Work: Aron the owner came out and did a walk through with me. I was told by Aron the company would come out 3 times a month. Aron said they would mow,edge,use the weed eater,blow debris,cut lines and maintain flower beds,keep all scrubs trimmed and use roundup with each visit. What Aron DID NOT tell me is he is a sub contractor. I have dealt with aron and his "sun contractor for 4mths and cancelled service the end of July via email,phone messages and text messages. They cam again 2 times in August. As of September,some the scrubs around my house have still not been trimmed. Roundup was used once. Aron came out in September since I have help payment from him and we did a walk around. I pointed things out to him,includling an expensive scrub that was trimmed by a WEED WHACkER. I pointed this out to him and he said,well they needed to trim it off the drive way. I said you do NOT use a weed whacker(the kind you see used along public roads),on fine scrubs. My yard looks worse then it has ever been. This company did not come 3 times a month as promised. Aron over charges,is VERY hard to get a hold of and his billing practices are poor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My 6 year old grandson could have done a better job. RIP OFF!!!!

 + -1 moreI have contracted with Best Lawn, Inc for about five years. The first few years they did a very good job. They were punctual, and did very good work. For the last year, many times they have come only once a month. The agreement was for them to come weekly for $135.00. They continue to bill me even though they do nothing.
Description of Work: My lawn was cut, trimmed and grass cleared away.
