1. The appraiser called in a timely manner to set an appointment. 2. As a newbie in real estate, he was very patient in explaining the entire process of appraising for me to understand. 3. After he inspected the interior and measured the exterior, he was available to take my calls should I have any questions. 4. The report was sent to my lender within 1 day... I have never received an appraisal in such a quick turn around time. Very impressive. 5. After receiving the final report he was again extremely patient in explaining what the details within the report meant and represented.
