Very well. Though there was confusion by WOW! over 2 service calls, one for the cable burial and the other for our phone echoing, this review is specifically for the 2-man crew that buried our cable that had been cut recently. Pedro and his lead installer (who did not introduce himself) arrived at 5:30pm after being promised by WOW! customer service earlier in the day. We had asked that no cable burial occur until after the Master's Tournament and WOW! attempted to do just that before the Master's Tournament! To WOW!'s credit they called promptly today and asked to bury the cable, the day after the Master's Tournament. The install crew and I talked through the burial (1st ever for that) and negotiated the shortest distance through the crawl space of the house. The hand burial and burrowing under the driveway can hardly be seen, another 1st! The lead installer was very accommodating and professional. All-in-all an excellent interaction.

High priced internet service for $60 a month, speed varies and connections drop daily.  Email access is denied and non ending error messages.
Phishing emails sent but the company does a lousy job with minimizing the threats.  All you do is constantly wait while customer service treats you like an inconvenience and the supervisors do not want to talk to you.  
I was told the company somehow found out about today's problems nearly 8 hours after the issue was first noticed by users and there is no telling when it may be fixed.
The problems should be self tracked and the services should improve, instead the only thing that gets higher is the price of the bad service.

I like WOW cable. They have excellent customer service and really appreciate their customers. I even found a thank you goody bag on my porch one day with popcorn, pen, keychain and a nice note.

Great! we called and got our service installed and turned on the next day after a quick over the phone credit check, very reasonable prices and great customer service! So So much better than comcast!

My experience has gone well. The pricing is reasonable and I have been pleased their services.

They were awesome. If you call them on the phone they fix your problem or they make sure that somebody is in your house within two days and usually they can fix it over their phone. They're every helpful, very polite and very courteous. I would recommend them to anybody. They were very prompt and they did everything they said they were gonna do.

They're good. Our cable reception is average and our internet speed is great.
