Wallace Sunny Doyle

Wallace and his workers failed to do all the repairs agreed to but I caught that while expecting the work after he was done. He fixed those and I paid him. But after he left, I found some other repairs either not done or done poorly. I also asked that he give me a final invoice showing what repairs were done for my records. I never got an invoice but one repair did appear to have been addressed while I was away from home but he never texted or called stating that he had come by. I had to get another roofer to look at his work and fix what was missed or poorly done. Basically he did shoddy work and never bothered to communicate afterwards nor send me a final invoice. A roofer should stand by his work even after you pay him. This is not the case for Wallace. Live and learn as the old adage goes

Arrived at 6 am  as scheduled and worked until complete at 8 pm. Crew worked very well together and had a plan and stuck to it all day.
Removed old roof and hauled off the material as the new roof was being installed. Applied new felt, used ice and water shield in valleys and under skylight and hood vents and used factory starter shingles. Painted the white pvc vent pipes and metal heater pipe black to match the roof.Cleaned up as they went to include cleaning the gutters. Very easy to wok with during the job and crew will answer questions during the job while working.

Wallace did the roof in the wrong color, so I called Enloe?s wondering what was going on and they said they never formed any contract or started any work with me.  Wallace wouldn?t let me do a different color because he had done half of the roof already.   

Enloe?s told me to call the county, who sent an inspector out.  Not only did I find that Wallace hadn?t gotten a permit for my roof but also, his license was expired.  I paid Wallace because I hadn?t found out yet that he stole the job from Enloe?s.  Wallace did a horrible job, and my roof is leaking still and now all the gutters need to be replaced, I have some very dangerous electrical issues, and the roof will ultimately be destroyed. 

Wallace also works for a private gated community and he is using their crew and extra materials from jobs at that community rather than purchasing materials for individual jobs.

Fixing all of the things that Wallace ruined due to his faulty work has cost me thousands of dollars.

Enloes has since fired this man.
