Following a home inspection, we were informed that 3 columns designed to support floor joists were not properly constructed using concrete footings and brick or concrete block with morter. With 1 week to find a contractor AND get the work done, I called Hanndy Man of Evans (found on AL). His company no longer performs that type of work, but he gave me the name of Unlimited Residential (located in Martinez on Flowing Wells Rd.). After contacting U/R, on a Monday. We met Tuesday morning at the house. (The gentlemans name escapes me!) Withoout hesitation, the team went under the home (about 2' in height) verified the issue and gave me a verbal estimate, later sending me a written quote thaet matched the estimate AND they were able to begin work the next day (Wednesday). On Thursday, the supporting brick and morter were placed, and on Friday, the columns were ready to bear the weight of the joists.
Because of the prompt response of Unlimited Residential, the house closed on time.
I have no reservation in recommending Unlimited Residential, LLC to perform this type

"Thanks for the positive review!! We pride ourselves in making sure the customer is completely satisfied and leaving the customer's house in better condition than when we arrived....and in the event that something happens, (as they do sometimes)..we will always come back and make sure it's perfect. Thanks again for the great review!"
"The glass had to be special ordered and the renter had problems scheduling due to work. We repaired at $210, which was actually the price of the custom glass plus labor and gas so we didn't really make anything. We guarantee our work and wish the best for the client and want to make clear that our focus is making the customer happy."
