went very well ,was in and out in about 1 hour.

I wanted to be upset with U-Haul but I believe they did the best they could given what they had. There was only one truck size available mid week which meant more trips and eating into my mileage charge. All in all the truck was clean, in great shape and the customer service was good before and after the sale.
