Property Appraisal
He was very pleasant and prompt (arrived early). However, the appraisal was ridiculously low and the comparisons used were not viable. He used homes with less bathrooms to bedrooms (our home has en suite bathrooms for every bedroom as well as two half baths). We have NO carpet in our home as all is recently installed tile (less than two years) or solid hardwood. Even with all of that considered, our home is also over 700 sq ft bigger than the closest comp. It would appear that they are afraid to assign a higher value for some reason.
