After a wasted day waiting for Dixie LP Gas Company in Augusta Ga to do a job, I called Fireplace Grills and More about an alternative. One of the technicians told me about True Flame and how their technicians were setting up in the Augusta Area. He gave the the owners name. I called True Flame and talked to a representative. After explaining how Dixie LP refused to work with on a resolution for a job that they failed to do, the owner of the Company Mr. Pete Hicks spoke with me about my needs. We talked for a few minutes about products and he quoted me a price for a rental and outright sale. We discussed the pros and cons of both and after our discussion he asked when I need to have the services performed. The price may be a bit more but the service is already much better and from what I understand the products that they offer are new and not re-conditioned like those sold in stores or locally. Looking forward to the services and hope you the best of luck in Augusta.
