I accidentally stumbled across Toni's name when I was searching for a real estate agent in Augusta, and I couldn't have been more pleased with her dedication, hard-work, and professionalism. Me and a friend were looking at buying a foreclosed home in Augusta and got on Angie's list to find a real estate agent in the area. I found her on the Better Homes and Gardens website and contacted her. I told her that I had a very busy schedule, so she immediately offered to meet me where and when it was convenient for me. When we met for the first time, she cared about getting to know each other first before we started talking about business. When I told her about the house, a foreclosure, she knew that her commission wasn't going to be very big, but she still promised that she was reachable early in the morning and late at night. Since I work long hours most of our phone calls happened after 8. Toni set up most of my appointments with inspectors with people she thought were reliable and trustworthy. She set them up around my schedule, but she was also there for every one of them. Toni stayed on top of everything and made sure that everything was done in a timely fashion. She didn't need to do a lot of things, but she understood that I was still new to the real estate business and that I had very little free time to take care of things and she took the lead and I trusted her with a lot of those things. She still contacts us and makes sure everything with the house is going well. Also, whenever I need say, an electrician or a plumber, I call her and ask her for a reliable contractor for the job.
I tell all of my friends and co-workers who are thinking about buying or selling their home they MUST use Toni as their realtor.
