Auto Service, Auto Tires
It was less than $1200 for the two sets of tires that we bought for my daughter's car and my husband's truck. They were offering a sale at that time and in addition to the sale price, we also got a rebate. Because we bought two sets at one time, we had a $70 rebate on each set of tires. I like their convenience. They are about 2 miles from the house and they can pretty much get me in the same day. The only thing I don't like about Tires Plus is that they always try to sell me something I don't go in for. I make a point of telling them when I call or when I walk in about the service I really came in for. As far as I'm concerned, it's good quality.

Auto Service
They were very prompt. They gave me options, even to the point that they told me that I could get the work done elsewhere at another time if I wasn't ready to do it with them right then.

It went pretty well and haven't had any trouble since. We took it in and got it back the next day, because they had to order. I have been going here for over 10 years.

The service here was also excellent. They too were professional and knowledgeable as well as courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Billed me $1,800.00 for replacing two tires and to repair damage to the left front end of the vehicle. The State Farm insurance estimator told Tires Plus that the total cost to repair the vehicle was only $1,100.00. Tires Plus lowered the cost to just over the State Farm estimate when I threatened to take the vehicle to a repair shop that was a State Farm preferred service. The service manager told me not to bring any more of my vehicles in for future repairs.
On a previous occasion, my wife took a punctured tire to this Tires Plus to have it repaired. When she came home she told me that the Tires Plus manager told her that the puncture was too close to the edge of the tire for them to repair and that they advised her to purchase a new tire -- which she did. I looked at the Tires Plus receipt.
The receipt reflected the cost of the new tire plus a charge for fixing the punctured tire. My wife then told me that the Tires Plus Manager told her that they would dispose of the punctured tire for her. I went to Tires Plus to talk to the manager about why my wife was charged for a service that was never done. The manager became loud and defensive and told me that they were very busy that morning and that the phantom charge was just an innocent administrative error. He said that they would reverse the charge on my debit card for fixing the puncture. THIS IS A REVERSAL I HAVE YET TO SEE! I picked up the punctured tire and drove to WALMART to buy a repair kit. I am still driving on that tire.
I have four vehicles and I have spent thousands of dollars over the years having them serviced at this Tires Plus. I have often overlooked their lack of customer skills and excessive repair cost because of their location close to my house. However, after this most recent experience, I will not give this Tires Plus any more of my business and I will articulate my negative opinion of this Tires Plus to all of my friends and associates when the topic of auto repair is discussed.
