GREAT! Needed cash out refinance and my current mortgage company would NOT do mortgages under $160,000. They would have approved but they wanted $750 fee up front; went to my second choice who quoted me an outrageous rate and high fees (This was with Bank Source Mortgage, a company owned by my employer and supposedly I got "Special employee rate and fees". Roger took the mortgage with MUCH lower fees and lower rates in a very timely basis 6 weeks from beginning to close which included some work on 25 year old tax liens to clear up CB files. Good folks.
