Landscaping
Eric Harwell told us he would come and make repairs on Thursday, May 16. He came, was here long enough to dig a hole, then left for parts. He left all of his tools, so we were confident he would show back up rather soon. He did not return on Thursday. Friday, no call & no show. Spoke with him on the phone Friday evening. He said he would be there Saturday for sure. Again, no call & no show. It did rain Saturday morning, but the rest of the day was pleasant with sunshine. Sunday, nothing. He shows up Monday afternoon with a helper. My children were in the yard playing when they showed up in a personal vehicle with no business markings for Terra Landscape Management. Both men had repulsive language, dropping F-Bombs in every sentence. Because of this, the children had to come into the house. VERY dissatisfied!! We will never request their service again. Definitely NOT recommended! I gave a C for price because he should have gave us an adjustment after dealing with the poor experience.

They take care of just about everything for me. I like that they never give me any hassle. They have reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them.
