Excellent. Exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond to do a good job and make sure we were happy. Ted, the painting supervisor, kept us informed and showed up promptly to work.

Everything went great. They were delayed at another job site for a few months, so I asked for my refund back and promptly received it. Then, they were available and came out and did a great job.

They did a phenomenal job on our home!  It was a big job and they executed it very well!  They were professional and cleaned up each day.  We had asked them to stain our front door as part of the estimate and between that and when they came out, our dog damaged the door.  Neal was quick to offer solutions and repaired the damage, reinforced the stoop, added the framing that was needed and painted the door.  We are very happy with the work and highly recommend them to anyone!  The only downside was the delay in getting quotes and on their schedule - but we know that good people stay busy, so it was understandable. If I remember correctly it was 2-3 months from beginning (calling them for estimate) to them being done with the project.

These folks did an excellent job painting the exterior and interior of my home in preparation for its sale. Their prices were excellent even though on my aging home, once the work began, additional challenges were uncovered. From repairing moisture damage on the interior to replacing some rotting wood on the exterior, all the work was accomplished quickly and professionally; daily clean-up was meticulous. Shirley was great -- each day I had a full report about progress. Would recommend this company to anyone for price, professionalism, speed, and a beautiful final product.

Everything was done well, and Mr. Tallent was great at communicating with us and evaluating the work with and without us, first-hand. His honesty and experience were evident, and we will call on him first for our next project.

Neal Tallent is the best! This is the third job for which we have hired him. The first he remodeled a deck and sunroom and built a new deck; the second he repaired our front door. Both jobs went exceedingly well, as did this one, which was a quick paint job a few days before Masters week. Neal and his crew are so easy to work with and the jobs are done to my perfection. I would definitely recommend them and plan to keep hiring them for years to come.

We had a roof leak which damaged the upstairs' guest bedroom ceiling.  Tallents replaced the damaged texture (and matched it perfectly!) and painted the entire ceiling.  There is no longer any evidence of the water damage.
We had a plumbing leak which damaged the wall under and behind the guest bathroom sink.  The plumber had to rip through the back of the cabinet and the wall to repair the leak resulting in a gaping hole. Tallents repaired the wall/cabinet using vertical wooden slats to work around the pipes.  The new wall was painted white matching the cabinetry and now there is no evidence of the prior damage.
We had a plumbing leak which caused damage to our kitchen ceiling.  The plumber had to remove a 2 x 3 ft section of drywall to reach the pipes. Tallents replaced the drywall, matched the texture, and painted the entire ceiling.  There is no longer any evidence of the water damage.
I was impressed by the Tallents Painting.  They finished the job sooner than I expected.  They took extra care to cover everything (including the walls!) in plastic to prevent paint drips, and they were meticulous at trying to match the texture pattern. Their cost also came in lower than other competitor's proposals.  I plan to use them again for other paint jobs around the house.

Neal and his team were excellent. They addressed all our concerns, and were flexible with the other projects we had going on. We plan to have them back to paint the inside.

Contacted Tallents Painting to get an estimate for exterior painting.  Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate, but no one showed up and no one called to explain why.  When I contacted Tallents, they apologized for missing the appointment.  I re-scheduled and Neal Tallents showed up on time.  We went over what I wanted and he thoroughly looked over the job and explained a few problem areas and what my options were.  He said he would email me the estimate but it would take a few days to do it.  I got the estimate about a week later.  When I decided to get the rear of the townhome painted, I contacted Tallents.  They said they could do the job in a couple of weeks and they would contact me when they finished up a couple of jobs.  They did contact me and we scheduled a time.  Neal and Marshall showed up on time, and Neal explained to Marshall exactly what should be done.  Neal left, and Marshall did the work.  I provided the paint, because the homeowners association requires a specific color and type of paint.  There was a little repair to a window frame and the rest of the job was painting the siding, trim and door of the rear of a two story townhome, including a very tall chimney.  It took Marshall about a day and a half to do the work.  He was prompt and efficient and quiet.  He did a good job and I hardly knew he was outside.

These guys are great!! We hired them for a second time, as we were so pleased with them the first time. They've painted almost our entire house and have removed wallpaper in multiple rooms. They are always on time, very professional and do a great job. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they use high quality paint. I feel comfortable leaving them at my house, as I need to run errands. They are very trustworthy, and respectful of our home. A good friend recommended them to us, and I am very thankful. I would recommend them to anyone and would certainly call them again! Wonderful, talented team!

On the 12th, before I submitted a very poor rating,  I decided to call Tallents to see why they had not sent the estimate as agreed upon on our last contact.  (Maybe there was a valid reason. (ie. sickness, injury, death...) and. although I was very disappointed with them I wanted to be fair. When I called I spoke with Mr. Tallent and after I explained why I was calling he assured me that his daughter had emailed the estimate the previous week.  I, in return, assured him that
, we had not received it.  I searched the spam folder and the trash bin on my computer and it was not there,  Only my husband and I use the computer.  It was never sent, I don't care what he thinks his daughter did.  Anyway, he emailed it to me and I received it with no problem.
 Although I understand that  things happen, I told Mr. Tallent that in the future, it may be a good idea for the company to double check with their customers after sending emails to make sure they were received.  I don't think making a phone call is too much trouble.  It's just good business to follow up if you don't hear back after going to the trouble of doing an estimate.  He agreed.  We are going with another company.

Our new deck was built by Talents Deck.  After it was complete Mr Talent brought painted samples of wood to us so we could pick out the stain we liked and gave us an estimate. ( We had originally decided we would not stain the deck but changed our minds and decided to have it done. ).  The work was done in two days (it is a very large deck).  His workers were courteous and  on time.  Work was done with no disruption to our daily routine.  It looks GREAT!

Bill arrived daily about 7:30 AM, and started work without announcing his arrival.  His companion arrived about 8 AM and started working immediately.  They probably took time out for lunch, but we never knew exactly when, then left about 4 PM, again without notice.  They worked hard every day, except for the rainy Saturday. and Sunday. 

Talients Paint great company - on time- pleasant - detail oriented - great people.

Excellent, exactly what I hope for.  Completed the shop on schedule.

Overall, it was an excellent job from beginning to end.
