Supreks Exterminating

I would not have anybody else do this job but Scott. He does not haggle around with obnoxious contracts and paperwork. It is too bad the bugs that the bugs don't come around very often after he is finished. He is quirky and a nice change from the uniformed robots.

A friend in the home renovation business recommended I give Supreks a call for extermination of termites and ants.  I first checked him out on Angies List and all of the reviews were very positive.
Scott was very thorough and professional.  He showed up on time for his appointment.  He walked around the property and showed me the active places where the termites and ants were.  He evaluated the rest of the house and concluded some areas were damaged due to reasons other than bugs.  He explained the bait options versus Termidor, and advised me to research the options before making a final decision.  I signed the contract right there.  Since my schedule was limited, he started the inside work immediately with the chemicals he had in the truck.  He came back the next day to do more work around the outside of the house which did not need me present.  He drilled the holes all around the base slab of the house and applied the termidor.  Once the chemical was in place, he went around and patched all the holes in the concrete and swept up his area.  As promised, he came back two days later to finish the job outside the house even when I wasn't home.  He even brought in my trash can from the street!  Would use him again on my next house and would highly recommend to others.

They come out every six months and they are very good. I've never had any issues with them. In fact, I've recommended them to my neighbor who is now using them. He is a true big-nerd. if you have a specific issue, he is very good at addressing it.

Great. He has been doing my bug control for years - is always quick to be able to adjust to my schedule and definately knows what he is doing. I plan to continue to use him in the fture.

He does good work and come right away.   He comes right back if there additional problems and doesn’t charge anything.
