Superior Overhead Garage Door Service

Came out today 1/1/19 and provided awesome service. My spring broke and the tension lines snapped as well. Kris and Trisha came out to provide service and were very professional in fixing my garage door and recommended ways to properly maintain it. They were prompt, friendly and provided great service at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend their services to all.

He ended up replacing a couple of components to the garage door for me, and also found a couple of additional items that needed to be done. He showed me what issues he saw and was able to fix it right away during the same service call instead of scheduling another visit. I appreciated him looking ahead and making sure my garage door was in good shape so I wont have any bigger issues to worry about in the near future. I live in a town home community and work on the HOA board. I have recommended him to the other units in the community, and I would recommend him strongly to anyone.

Reception on the phone was excellent she responded back immediately, set up an appointment, notified us they were running a little late, the technician Jimmy was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Advised us on different scenarios and I was very impressed . I did not purchase plan from Angie's list because I did not know it was there but I would have and I will definitely recommend this company.

I am now waiting on a refund. I was told it would take a week.I am hopeful that I will get this refund.
Refunded $415.69
Kept $514.72 saying it was a 'restocking fee' for a standard door that can be resold all over town. This is not appropriate business. Wish I never attempted to do business with this company.

Arrived just inside the scheduled time, quite knowledgeable and made sure to educate me about general garage door health that should be addressed throughout the year. HUGE improvement sound wise before and after, much quieter and smoother opening/closing.

I have a rental property at Clark's Hill Lake and I wanted to be sure that the property was as good as it can be. I live in California, so I didn't want to have to keep taking a care of service calls from afar all the time. I was in town for a week and wanted take care of this  while I was in town. I called Kris on Tuesday morning and he showed up that afternoon. I was happy about that, because I had a limited time in town and he installed the door the following morning.
When Kris showed up we talked about the door, and I appreciated his very down to earth approach about my situation. I felt that he wasn't really trying to sell me something, which he did, but that he understood what I wanted, and had all the answers I wanted to hear, so I felt good about the purchase.
Overall, I would recommend using Superior Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone in the area.
