Terrible customer service added to hit and miss cleaning...mostly missed...
Broke part of the shower head the owner never contacted me..
Would show up 2 hours early without a phone call...that.was the last straw
Overall  not good!

They promised a lot and gave very little.  Cut corners and did not stay the time they promised.

We used their service for several months.  The list of what they didn't clean was more detailed than what they would clean (this should have been a clue).  Very disappointed with their service and professionalism.  They lost our house key (later found left under the mat on our front step). Consistently missed areas which should have been cleaned (such as dusting the master bedroom dresser).  Mirrors were routinely missed and not cleaned.  Also, they only change sheets on ONE bed for this price.

I saw an offer on Living Social for Summerville Mails to clean for 3 hours at $60.  We had recently moved into our house and I wanted to ease the pressure by having them come clean before guests arrived for Thanksgiving.  Knowing that this would be a busy time, I called the company and was assured that they could clean for the Monday before Thanksgiving.  I also called them the Thursday prior to the arranged date to confirm.  I was assured that they would be at my house at 9 am.  I then arranged delivery and repair services for after Summerville Maids would be finished.
I called the company at 9:30 that Monday morning because no one had come.  The manager seemed surprised; she apparently had left a message on someone's (not my) phone that they would be unable to clean my house that day.  She couldn't do anything for me and suggested that I call the owner of the company.
When I called the owner of the company after MUCH back and forth he agreed to have 2 women come later that morning to clean.
Given that they would only be there for 1.5 hours, I asked the to clean the kitchen, master bath, 2 unused guest baths and to do the wood floors.  Apparently this did not include the faucets, sinks, counters, mirrors or floors which I had to clean after they left.  They did however do a very good job of placing a liner in 2 of the 3 bathroom trashcans.
If you want to pay someone to stand around and talk on their phone, call me.  I won't charge as much.

I came home after the cleaners left and noticed many things had missed, like the bottom of the toilet and the baseboards. When I opened the shower there was still hair in there from the previous owner that the cleaner didn't get. Overall it wasn't a horrible job, but if I had paid for it I would have called the company and had them come back out. Since I didn't pay for, I just went through the house with my wife and cleaned it again.
