.We have been going to them for service for less than a year. My husband is the one that deals with them. They are conveniently located, I can say that. They are prompt, and they do their work promptly. Something that they could work on in the future is when you ask them to call before they do work that is going to be more expensive than when you originally anticipated. They don't call you, they just do the work. We will use them again. We have used them, with this vehicle, I think this is the 3rd time it has been in there.

They did great.

Absolutely great. They were well priced. Delivered on time and there was a small little . I felt that was a nice touch. They were about 400 dollars cheaper than the other. I am very pleased with their service.

Most of the business was over the phone. I called to get an estimate, which they quoted me at 350, and gave them my information. Use AAA to tow to the business. Car was taken in about 3 in the afternoon. The next morning they called saying it was ready for pickup. Was not able to pick it up due to icy roads though and they were ok with me leaving it and very polite over the phone. Went to pick up the car two days later. Very friendly service. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes and they explained what they did to the car. I paid the price they quoted (even though I'm pretty sure it was suppose to be more, they just charged me less for labor). Very pleased with the work done and the friendliness of staff over the phone and in person.

Update: They also sent me a nice Thank You card in the mail.

they always do a conscientious job. They will tell you what you need and what is not needed. I am always pleased with their work.

They're reasonable, they're fast, they're trustworthy, they don't recommend a lot of work that doesn't need to be done, they let you know how much it's going to cost before they do any work, they do an accurate diagnosis and let you know what's going on before they attempt any work.

Unfortunately, the first trip I took with the car after I picked it up from the shop was a short one - 3 miles down the road I overheated and was stranded in a parking lot on a 95 degree day! I did not attempt to fix the car again as they expressed that it would be a cost that outweighted the cost of the car in the first place. Probably the head gasket - they don't do those as it is specialized.
What did bother me was that they drive the car some 200 miles after they replaced everything and check to see if the head gasket was blown and they had no reported problems and they felt comfortable giving me back the car ( they had it for 2 weeks the last visit). The car overheated because there was NO anitfreeze left in it - Had they checked that BEFORE I picked up the car I would have known it was leaking and I would not have driven it I would have sold it for parts right then and there - instead, I took them at face value and drove the car on a Friday Afternoon rush hour traffic and had to sit in the heat with no air conditioning - pay the tow truck to take me home. I called them from the parking lot to let them know I was broken down again - and they seemed surprised. I would suggest checking the fluids in the car at the shop before leaving if I use them again.

They couldn't find anything wrong with it. They lights worked when she took it in. I take tell you anything bad about them. It is a family owned business. They are the best. They do all kinds of repairs.

I could tell by the vehicles being serviced that this is an establishment trusted by churches and businesses in the area. They ran a complete diagnostic, replaced the filter, gasket, and evacuated/replaced the trans fluid. The car was ready in four hours on a day they had a tight work schedule. They appear to be very trustworthy in the little time I interacted with the shop. They've been open for decades, and I can see why. It's worth the trip to go across town to receive their business. Note: They appear to be an equal oppurtunity employer as well. The entire staff is very friendly. Professionalism like theirs is rare.
