We were the first appointment of the day and were late because I did not know where the studio was in the store. She was patient with us getting started and spent lots of time setting up shots and taking the pictures. While viewing the photos, she listened to our comments and made changes accordingly. While I could tell which items she was pushing, she was not obnoxious about it at all. I spent more than I intended because the pictures were all so good, not because she pressured the sale.
