Our backyard was as hard as rock and a tough job for the crew. The crew put in drainage as quoted and promised. The extra dirt was to be spread in the back yard which was not very well done. The owner, Chris Riggins came and spread and raked to my satisfaction. The only thing that has not been done is that he noticed that one of the drain pipes to the road was a little too high and he said that someone would come and take care of it, and no one has. Our yard is much drier than it was before the work was done.

They arrived on time, dug a very neat trench.  Didn't damage my planting bed.  They had to cut across a gravel driveway into our woods.  Everything was restored to it's original condition, as though they'd never been there.  I recommended them to a friend who had severe water damage under her house.  They did a fabulous job for her as well.

Chris  Riggins is very easy to work with.  His crew are efficient and hard working, and the work was done in a timely manner.

Our house is in a low spot and we get a lot of the neighbors' water every time it rains.  Our builder failed to install a working drainage system when our house was built.  Our old drainage network was pretty sad but the squirrels that lived in it liked it quite a bit!  
Even though our builder tried to build up the back yard, without proper drainage, the erosion over the years caused a lot of gullies.  
Riggins Pest and Moisture Control installed five new catch basins.  They had to concrete one of the catch basins in place and Mr. Riggins did a wonderful job on the concrete work.  The new drainage pipe network that they installed is quite sturdy.   The placement of everything was thoughtfully done.  They were careful to avoid damaging the utilities and our recently repaired sprinkler system.  
Last year the gutter installers did not properly attach the new gutters to the old (builder provided and squirrel infested) drainage network.  Mr. Riggins corrected those prior errors from last year by properly connecting all of our gutters to the drainage network. 
He and his crew found a lot of surprises in our yard while they were digging.  They toted away an old stump, some of the prior squirrel eaten drainage pipes, and they even removed some old bricks and rocks left by our builder.  
Their work exceeded my expectations and now we can move on with future projects.   I would highly recommend their company.

All installation was done in a professional manner and met my needs. When I had an issue with the retaining wall Chris resolved it promptly. The location of the work (on a hill) likely made the project more difficult, but the crew was able to complete the job as proposed. The versa lock retaining wall was priced below some competitors (only one was cheaper), but it is still an expensive project, though it needs to be done correctly, and Riggins seem to have the experience needed for the project. The french drains empty to the front of the house and work well, and clearly correct the areas with the most problems. Other areas I'll need to wait and see if they also perform equally as well.

Our house is at the bottom of the 100 year flood zone!  It was a very difficult job. Other bids were $20 - $30,000 more and did not begin to do the many things provided by Mr. Riggins.  He had to return many times to address problem areas. He did so quickly and at no charge; finally finding out the seepage that continued was due to the roof leak (it had been checked twice; 3rd time the problem was identified when roof had issues. ) 
Mr. Riggins is one of the hardest working and most honorable contractors I have ever known!

The work was done timely and without incident.  The appearance was good and it solved the drainage problems.  Without request, they came back to inspect their job and make sure it performed.  There was a follow on problem where an existing railroad tie had collapsed and, even though this was not in the original work specification they returned and repaired it at minimal charge.

They are exceptional! They always do what they say and show up when they say they will. They will give you an honest opinion on what needs to be done, even if you ask them for something they will tell you the pros and cons of the situation. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for standing behind their word! They are the best company I have ever worked with! I would recommend them to anyone!

,Went well, installed a french drain under the crawl space of the home and then added a moisture barrier on the ground and this has solved our moisture/drainage problem.  I would use them again for sure

I bought the certificate off Augusta daily deals. I was having problems with earwigs. I haven't seen them as much and I was happy with the service. They also have better prices than my current pest control company. Will use again

It was a good experience. There prices were favorable to other companies in the area. They were prompt and offered good information. I would use them againin the future.

They gave us a date well in advance to when the work would be done and were there on the promised date and on time. It took 3 full days to complete and we are very happy with the work so far. Would use them again in the future if needed.

I have had a positive experience. When I first started with Riggins I had problems with getting appointments every month but that has been ironed out and I now have no problem.

.The guys from Riggin's Pest and Moisture Control Co were very friendly and actually they are coming back on the 6th of next month to put some french drains in the back of the house.

The results were good until the first rain and then the ants were back. They came the very next day and but out bait for the ants at no extra cost. Have not had a problem since. Would definitely recommend them.

He started and completed the project in less than two days, as promised. It solved the drainage issues. I highly recommend this company! Additionally, his workers cleaned up the work site and repaired minor conflicts with the existing sprinkler system.

It went outstanding. I called them with questions, they were able to answer all of them and they did everything that was asked. No bickering, no thing.

They are very informative. They come in and treat the apartment and they use environmentally friendly chemicals. There is no smell like other pest control companies use. They are also very professional. They will come in and bait as well as spray for insects inside and outside. The only thing I will mark for a "B" is their billing.

He was cheaper than anyone else. He is the only company that backed up the warning for the centicom system.

They had to dig up the backyard and add the new drains. I am very satisfied with all aspects of their services. In fact, I am using them again soon.
