Regina Wadsworth

It is April 9, 2015. We hired Regina to be a buyer's agent about 2 weeks ago. She did say that she was more of a seller's agent. Her assistant, Sandra, would be showing us the homes. Sandra was very prompt and patient with us and never made us feel rushed and found out the answers to any questions that couldn't be answered during the showing. We are still in the looking phase of buying and trying to narrow down just the type of house we really want. Since we have a preference, but are open to other possibilities, we have wanted to see a variety of potential homes. We did put an offer on a home that was accepted; but, after talking with the president of the homeowners association and really thinking harder about the purchase, we decided that it wasn't the right home and cancelled the contract. It seemed after that the enthusiasm for showing us places went down and we felt uncomfortable asking to see places we were interested in seeing and we were even discouraged from going to a few places. When we asked to see a place and were told no, we decided to cancel our buyer's contract for the benefit of all parties. We still feel good about having Regina handle the sale of a home, but think, perhaps, that we will be happier with a buyer's agent with more time to show us what is out there, even if it means looking at quite a few houses.
