Janet provided the estimate and helped us decide on what we needed and helped us to select the best patterns and colors. The results really were great. It took a little longer than expected to get all the components in. The team that did the remodeling was very professional and did a very good job. Once work began, the job was completed within the agreed upon time frame, approximately 10 days. We have received many comments about how nice the completed bathroom looks.

We had a crack in the builders grade shower insert on our home that was 15 yrs old.  The crack was at the base of the stool portion of the insert and was impossible to repair because everytime we stepped in the shower it would open up.  What we did not know was that when the shower was removed there was an 8 inch x 10 inch x 2 feet deep hole adjacent to the drain.  We were lucky we did not fall through the shower bottom.  Apparently it was part of the home when it was built and shoddy craftsmanship and no apparent supervision.  Enough with our rant.  ReBath came in and pulled out the insert and replaced it with a beautiful replacement shower.  We loved the attentiveness to detail and the friendliness of our installers.  They walked us through the entire process and allowed us to take pictures all along the way.  It has been a year since the install and we had one issue where the shower doors would not stay closed.  This did not occur until 8 months after the install.  We called them up and they came out the next day and fixed them in 5 minutes without a bill and by the same person who did our install.  We have truly enjoyed working with ReBath and will continue to use them with future bathroom projects.  We highly recommend them!

I am absolutely pleased with all the work that the good people of Re-Bath of Augusta did for me. All that I came in contact with were professional, knowledgeable, and could get the job done right! All were attentive to the task at hand and all the details involved. Their singular focus is the ?customer? ?a trait that is lacking more and more in service businesses of all types.. Janet, Receptionist, always attended to my concerns and questions...she is a real gem!  Thank you Janet!. Ben, Sales, came well prepared to give me an estimate. Well dressed, well spoken, and knowledgeable of the products he had to solve my problem.  He guided me to select a shower that would solve my shower bath mobility problem and also really look great.  Ben very quickly responded to my follow-up questions and concerns. Thank you Ben!. Jeff, Installer, a consummate perfectionist and master craftsman, did all the work and it turned out to be, well, a "Masterpiece". Jeff arrived with all the right tools, supplies, and more importantly the skills to perform the task at hand. His very methodical approach, outstanding analytic skills, and concentration to the installation resulted in a beautiful shower! He also alerted me to two long-standing plumbing problems, one of which alluded me for years.  (These were corrected by my plumber.) Thank You Jeff!  James Sigg, Owner, called and visited several times...nice to see a "hands on guy" in charge and checking out the progress...a pleasure to do business with him.  Thank you Jim!.Did I say I am very please with Re-Bath of Augusta?.Additional notes:.This work was mostly funded by a VA HISA grant...Re-Bath of Augusta knows how to work with the VA and follow all of the rules in place to protect the disabled veteran. Re-Bath of Augusta pulled the proper Columbia County permit and provided me a copy...the county inspectors made at least two visits. Did I say I am very pleased with all the good folks at Re-Bath of Augusta? So were the inspectors!

Update March 21, 2014: I have not had any problems!  I thank the Lord everyday for the good people that installed my shower and seat...it is a great place to just sit and enjoy a good, long shower!  Thank you again, Re-Bath of Augusta! bg

Update December 20, 2014:  I enjoy my shower!  No problems...Thanks again to all the good people at Re-Bath of Augusta. bg

The sale manager came to the house and was on time for the appt. We looked at what we wanted to do and he took measurements. We then sat down and selected what we wanted and he gave us the quote. We talked about when we wanted it accomplished and after making some called he said they could start in two weeks. We we're required to place a down payment to cover material costs which didn't seem to be a problem since Re-Bath is well established and we received a receipt for the down payment as well as final cost. In about 10 days we received a call to let us know they would be starting work the following Monday. The worker showed up at 8 am Monday morning and steadily worked through to about 4pm. He had me come up once the walls were down so I could see behind the walls and inspect. I was also able to inspect the piping that he replaced. He cut out all the old copper pipes replacing it with new copper pipes. When it was all said and done I was happy and even more important my wife was happy with the shower install. We'll definitely call Re-Bath to replace our other shower when it comes time.

It was okay. There are a few things I don't like about it but that is okay. I called them and asked about something which I thought was covered under the warranty, but they told me that it would be an additional cost. The service was adequate. The price was too high.

had an old, old porcelain tub that someone had sanded and painted when I bought my house. The condition of the surrounding tile and fixtures was in terrible condition. I called Re-Bath and they came to my home to give a free estimate and also had a great finance plan if I needed it. After my tub and shower walls had been ordered the techs came and relined the tub and put in new surrounding walls and fixtures. These folks were prompt, friendly, reasonable, and did a beautiful job. The entire process took only two days. I could not have been more pleased.

Overall, our experience with Re-Bath was outstanding. We had an upstairs master bathroom that was in dire need of renovation. We contacted a few remodelers based on Angie's List feedback, one of them being Re-Bath. This was the only business we contacted that was willing to meet us at our house, at our convenience. The sales rep met us in the evening, and was very thorough, took time to answer all our questions, and gave us a price that night. I mention this only because for a person to give up family time to come to our house and conduct business, and be very patient during the whole process, says a lot. The sales rep was also very easy going and NOT pushy at all. The estimate was about half what other companies estimated. This is because Re-Bath uses a vinyl product, not actual tiles on the wall. No problem with that - it still looks great and we like it. After some thinking and a little more research, we gave Re-Bath the go ahead a few days later. We paid 50% up front, picked out colors and options, and waited for the materials to arrive. We were told five to six weeks, and it took six. Once the installer arrived, everything went like clockwork. The installer was VERY conscientious about keeping our carpet clean (he laid down dropcloths from the bathroom to the doorway), not damaging walls and so forth. I was very impressed with his professionalism. The installer had quite a bit of work to do. We wanted the Jacuzzi tub removed since we only used it twice in the 13+ years of living in the house, the old shower removed and turned into closet space, a nice shower installed where the tub used to be, and the linoleum floor replaced with a tile floor. When you stop to think about it, that's a lot of work involving a lot of trades. Fortunately, the Re-Bath installers do the demo, plumbing, installation and flooring themselves. No bickering between subcontractors! After four days, we had a beautiful new bathroom, at a cost substantially below other estimates. On the fourth day, the installer stayed two hours late in order to finish, rather than take another half day. It was one of those win-win situations. The installer had a three day weekend, and we had our new bathroom. After waiting 24 hours for everything to dry, we used the shower for the first time, and loved it. Some of the best money we've ever spent. I definitely recommend Re-Bath and will use them again when the need arises.

He came in and replaced a whole bunch of metal stuff, too, not just the washer. He took the part that was only missing a washer so he charged me for the new part. The washer would have only cost me 10 cents. He took a working part, he didn't leave it with me. He also did unnecessary installation. There was an obvious "productivity" or monetary business incentive. The emphasis was on making money. The service could have been provided without charging me for an unneeded part, without taking a working part and by providing a little more information. It works, but the hot and cold knobs don't match now and I can't make it match because he took the part it matches. He was nice enough for someone who was fairly ignorant to plumbing, but he didn't give any real attempt at saying this is what's wrong.
Response from Re-Bath of Augusta
"Member, I am sorry that you feel this way about the service we provided you. I went and checked the records pertaining to your repair. It stated that you had already purchased a replacement valve for the washing machine and that you needed someone to install it for you. We did exactly what you requested us to do for you. We only charged you for the minimum service trip charge as any plumbing service company does and no other material or supply charges. We take great pride in our customer service and wished that you would have called us if you had any problem with anything that we did for you."

They were very fast and professional. They came out to give me a written estimate. It took them a couple weeks to get all the parts in, but when they started the work it was a two day job. Their sales department is really good. They are very professional and answered all my questions. I had to call them with another question I had from the last time we spoke and they were just very professional. We would use them again.
