Went pretty good but he is a busy man so scheduling was tough. He provided good recommendations to improve water drainage from the roof. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Glenn was very responsive. He showed at the scheduled time to provide an estimate and it was in line with a prior estimate I had received. The work was delayed due to weather but he followed up promptly, rescheduled, showed up, and finished the job. He then called me to ask how the job was performed since I was not there when they completed the work. Very satisfied and will use his services in the future.

I called this provider to do some work for me and he said that he would be able to do the work. So I gave him a check for $285.00 to purchase supplies for the job. It has been over a month now and he has still not done the work. I would have been happier if he had just told me he could not do the work, instead of just taking my money and not doing the job. I am not satisfied with what little he did work either, because it does not even look good. He just threw it up, didn't cut it evenly, and half put up the work he did do. I called him because he was A rated on Angie's List, but he is not an A rated provider.

"Customer was given a estimate on a house to do repairs in the bathroom. house was empty no one was living in it and customer said she only used it once in a while. Customer pd $ 285.00 down for material money. Customer was told work would take some time due to other jobs were on going. She stated she was not in any hurry. Therefor Work was done on a on going basis trying to somethings each week. After starting work found plumbing issues with the bathtub spout which had to be removed in order to cover wall with sheetrock and a finish wallboard. Customer was told about issuess. Plumbing issues were resolved. sheetrock was installed and wallboard was being put up glued to block wall. However the glue was not bonding in all areas. Wallboard was cut to fit on wall and would be trimed out. Customer was told I believed not having a/c on to keep house at a regulated temp. was issue with bonding of wallboard to block wall. Customer and I were not able to come to a understanding. Therefor we decided to end the job, I gave her a full refund of $285.00 did not charge her for the plumbing work that was already completed or the materials that had been purchased for the job. I belive the customer was treated fairly I took the loss to show the customer that my intentions were not to rip her off. Been in business 20 years and have always work with my customers fairly and tried to do what was right."

Glenn Ray at Ray's Home Improvement is a very nice and easy to work with gentleman. His work was done soon after I made the call. He knew exactly what needed to be done on the phone initially with very little explanation of the problem making the experience easier. He came on time around my work schedule, was professional, and the workmanship was, in my humble opinion, very well done. I will definitely use him again for any of the services he provides.

Provider was very detailed in his contract and also explained what he would be doing and the reason for the price. Provider also gave advice on where to purchase materials and was able to provide insight to how the color would expand to shrink the room. Provider was great to work with and did not have any issues on the job.

He is a great, humble person. Anything he and his crew does, they do right. I have never had any complaints on his work. He always makes sure that the work is completed to superior standards. He is getting ready to put gutters up around my home.
