I was contacted within a matter of seconds after doing the search on Angie’s List. Technician came out on a Friday. He was very prompt and courteous. He was also very patient with me while I was attempting to find the manual for the dishwasher. After finding out the part #, he even came back on Saturday to install it. He left the area clean and even became pals with our dog! I would definitely use them again.

Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Repaired refrigerator and still wasn’t cooling. Returned free of charge and ordered a main board. Upon returning to replace board, fridge was working. Did not charge for return or part. Exceptional and painless experience Would highly recommended. Will definitely use his service in the future.
