Pressure washed house (brick, vinyl, and stone), screened porch, and front porch. Cleaned off roof. Gave me the BEST estimate I received and emailed it to me outlining all costs. Was VERY CLEAR as to what was included in job and what was not included. He is the most professional workman I have dealt with in years. I highly recommend him and will use him on other properties that I own. He was punctual and his work was outstanding. The exterior of the home looks and quot;brand newand quot;. I plan to recommend him to all my famiy and friends.

He came on time. He did the work quickly and efficiently. Even removed items from the front porch in order to avoid getting them wet. He was very professional and courteous. His prices were very reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone.

Arrived within a few minutes of the time specified. Greeted me and explained what he was going to do, and got right to work. He was friendly and professional.....took the time to answer all my questions. Driveway looks great.

Mr. Perkey called back when I made an inquiry in a timely fashion. He came out to the home, and gave me an estimate and sent it electronically thorugh email. Once I called back to make and appointment he scheduled it the within 2 days. He came to the house and completed the job. The house looked great after he finished. He then sent me an electronic receipt after I paid him.

Mr. Perky arrived on schedule and provided a reasonable estimate. He was immediately available and began to work at once. My roof an gutters were cleaned very well and I am well pleased with the result. Mr. Perky also pressure washed my chimney, sidewalk, and patio furniture without prompting and without a fee. He was professional and courteous throughout. I would highly recommend his services and I intend to employ him again.

He communicated well and did exactly what we contracted for him to complete. He then followed up to assure we were happy with the job performed.

I live in Jones Creek and needed to have my house, sidewalks, driveway and backyard fence pressure washed. I checked with Angies list and found and quot;Perkey's Professional Pressure Washingand quot; rated well. I aranged for an estimate. Perkey's showed up as scheduled, scoped out the work and provided me with and estimate. we agreed on the cost and scheduled a date for the work. Perkey's completed the job in a single day. Both my wife and myself was very please with the results. I would certainly hire Perkey's Professional Pressure Washing again.

I called Mr. Perkey after seeing his name on Angie's List. I described the work to be done and he came by to look and gave us an estimate. The work to be done was clean the concrete driveway which was stained with oil from a car that is always parked in the driveway and black runoff from the next door neighbor's yard. Cleaning the curbing around the shrubbery as well as the brick steps of the front porch completed the job. Everything looked new when the job was finished.

We found him on Angie'e List, and he was awesome! He came out the same day I called, to evaluate the house. He gave us a price over the phone, and he was the lowest. He told us a time he would be here, and he was on time. Perkey was very nice, and he did a great job. The house looks wonderful! He is a wonderful personality, and a wonderful guy. We absolutely would use Perkey again in the future.

The job was completed the following week and I am very pleased with the results.

I called Mr. Perkey on Thursday morning and told him that I needed a quote for pressure washing my home, driveway, and fence, and I needed the job complete before the following Wednesday. He gave me a quote for the job that same afternoon. I was out of town over the weekend and was surprised when he called me on Saturday to say the job was complete. I returned on Sunday to what looked like a new piece of property. Everything looked great, he had even gone out of his way to scrub my gutter, remove some debris, and clean the back board of our basket ball goal. I can't say enough about the job Mr. Perkey did for us.

Mr Perkey was responsive to my initial inquiry and gave me a good estimate. Although the actual work was a bit more than anticipated, he held to his original quote and did an excellent job. I will contact him in the future when I need my house pressure washed again and will recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

He did a spotless job. The house probably hadn't been washed since it was built. It looked like new when he was done.
