I've gone to Pep Boys several times for oil changes and other things. They are always friendly and willing to work with you.

He saved me a ton of money and did great work. Danielle at the front desk kept me informed the whole way. When I picked up the car, she gave me a free pep boys card with $25 off. The mechanic also came out to the car and explained everything that he did.
