Penn Roofing

They're excellent. They're friendly, convenient, quick, and did a really good job. If we had a problem, they would fix it. They've done a lot of work for us.

            I
had previously asked two other roofing contractors listed on your website to
inspect my roof and             advise me
of the cost to repair a leak. Both contractors who seemed to be highly
recommended    by Angie?s list declined to
go onto my roof and actually told me that the amount of money               involved was not really worth
their time.
            Last
week we contacted Penn Roofing Company to request they access my problem.
            Mr.
Webb Smith came promptly at the appointed time, inspected the roof and
determined my    problem. He seemed
interested in me as a customer and made me feel like my problem was his        problem. He described my problem as a
degraded vent boot. He noted that my roof had three and                 the wood under the leaking vent was soft. He quoted
me a repair price of $680. I felt the price was       fair and agreed. I never expected someone to appear at my house
so soon afterward to make the                 repair.
(within two days).
                The
gentleman who made the repair was courteous and knowledgeable in his craft and
completed         the repair within two
-three hours. I am thoroughly satisfied with this company and plan to look to               them again when it is time to
replace my roof.
