Excellent.  There were problems with the electrical wiring and inspector came back after it was repaired at no additional charge to inspect work and make sure it was done correctly.  Mr. Peel was very professional & courtesy.  Would definitely use and recommend this business!!!

Amazing! The guy came in and introduced himself to us. Very friendly. The entire inspection took about 90 mins but, he stayed after to go through the report and answer our questions. He went all around the interior, exterior and attic. My husband and I had our family there for support and we would see him jet in and out of rooms, charting on his lab top and even joining our conversations some. He was extremely thurough and even noted things that were not required (cosmetic) so we would know. He also took pictures of everything in his report which is emailed to us. Beside the inspection he offered us his personal experience with buying foreclosures and his opinions/reconmendations on differenct contractors. We really enjoyed meeting him. He had a very optimistic outlook on things and had a lot of useful knowledge.
He came highly recomended by many different soruces. The main reason we choose Peel was our realtors opinin and he also completed the inspection at my parents homes.

We HIGHLY recomend him for any work. He was prompt for the apointments and had a very caring attitude. He told us to contact him with any questions regarding the inspection or if we just want advice about home improvements.

The gentleman from Peel's were prompt, thorough and very professional. They spent approximately 90 minutes examining my 1400 square foot home, including the crawl space, small garage attic and up on the roof. Luckily, the house is in very good condition, but Peel's still found about a dozen items that I wanted fixed before settling on the home. Once the repairs are completed by the seller (within the next week), Peel's will come back to reinspect at no additional charge to insure that everything was corrected fully.

He arrived early. Did a thorough job. Report arrive the next day by email. Report arrived in the mail a few days later. He will reinspect for free after the repairs have been made.
