Had been using for the last couple of years and then all of a sudden a "no show". Sent them a note to do just once a month and they just quite coming. I have to assume not interested in my business if only once a month. They do not communicate well with their customers. I guess because I am a small customer.

Their lawn care business is not of the quality I would expect. They had damaged sprinkler heads and solar lights with their weed eaters and damaged my gate several times as they push it open with the lawn mower. Never any communications with them. They just show up and do the work.

Since they became a no show I do not plan to use them in the future. Would not recommend.

We are very satisfied with the level of service and care since we began using Pat's three years ago.

My lawn was in TERRIBLE shape. It was so overgrown you couldn't walk into the backyard, really a jungle. I looked up these guys on Angie's list, found that they were close to my house, so I called for an estimate. Previous estimates I had received were upwards of $700 or more. Several guys came out while I was at work, and by the time I got home, my front and back lawns looked fantastic. I'm very satisfied and I plan on using Mr Utley and his team in the future.

Initial visit included lawn clean-up/dead tree removal and sod installation. Afterward, twice monthly visits ($40.00 per visit) to mow, edge and blow walkways and driveway. Once they even blew the pollen off my front porch! They come in quickly and finish the job in a hurry! I think the $40.00 for this area is quite reasonable. Invoices appear in the mail where you can mail back specific requests with your payment. (i.e. pansy planting in the fall.) Mr. Utley is friendly and accessible.
