Mitchell came out and had great sales pitch. I initially wanted a wood fence. I said needed nothing pretty but just needed to keep my dogs in. He talked me into a chain link and promised could be done in 8 days. Well, that didn't happen. Took almost 3 weeks instead and he went on vacation during my scheduled job so could get a hold for a while to resolve any issues. Then I brought my dog over to test it, and took him 3 seconds to slide right under it because it was so floppy and loose at the bottom. Been trying 2 weeks for him to address this. After multiple texts and calls I give up. He says "he will get to it", but seems there is always some other job he is at and I'm not a priority. I ended up McGyver-ing it down with some tent stents but pretty frustrating to spend $2200 for something to contain my dog and it doesn't even work as sold. I got a quote for $2100 for a wood fence shortly after I signed up with him and so having buyers remorse not trusting my gut and going with that. I try to support small businesses, but this was just a very frustrating experience where I did not feel like a priority after the sale.

I received an estimate from another builder for the exact same work for $1000 more than outdoor concepts was asking. I was able to get the estimate, get the supplies delivered, and have the fence completely installed in under 72 hours. Excellent service, excellent work crew. 5/5 will recommend to anyone. Have already recommended their services to 3 people looking for fence/deck work. They are awesome.
