Brand new home (1yr old) received damage on the inside walls in the family room and exterior back side frames and hardie board siding from a botched cable installation job. Previously received estimates totaling $1700; frustrated from the attitudes of other contractors, contacted Angie list and One Call Handyman was recommended. Thank you God they were outstanding, very professional, and the quality of service was remarkable considering they beat the competitors pricing by $800 and time frame for the repair by 5 days. Once the estimate was given we contacted them two days later set up the date and time for the repair and the work was completed as scheduled. Given the new home I was upset from the damage but they were very patient and understanding. Each time I called the office they were customer friendly and more than happy to assist, to include returning all calls within a timely manner. My home was restored to its original state and you can't tell the damage was ever there. I love you guys and highly recommend their services to others,the work completed was amazing, reasonable, and the degree of quality & care given was truly heavenly!!

I have used them before for few different projects. Even though there are a couple of things not quite right, they work really hard to make it right. The final product is very good. I would probably use them in the future.

The service man who installed the window toppers did absolutely excellent work. He charged a reasonable price. His office was very upset - wanted to charge a WHOLE LOT MORE. The man did excellent work, work to be proud of - Sorry that he got chewed out for his efforts. A different service man tried to install an and quot;on-the-roofand quot; antenna. The installation went well however this company did not provide him with the proper detection equipment to make the appropriate hook-ups. (I have 3 TV's in different parts of the house - previously connected by Comcast.) The owners of this company do not appear to have a good balance between profit and service. Would have been well suited for work in the sub-prime mortgage industry a few years back. (Of course there are a lot of folks out there that continue to think fleecing people is and quot;smart / where it's atand quot;.)

It was before I moved here. I moved here to take care of my Mother, who is very sick. It was prior to 6 months ago. My mother made the payment arrangements. My mother wanted the kitchen redone, but she did not think she could afford to. She talked to this contractor and researched it, she went with them. A very nice man came out and talked to my mother. She was getting a little sick. She loved her kitchen, but wanted to make it better. They gutted it and put in appliances. She adores the cabinets they made. She is very protective of them and shows them off. She heard about them from a friend. There was a little bit of confusion about scheduling and due to her age, she was taken aback by the demolition work. She was relieved when it was over, due to her mental state at the time. The price seems very reasonable. We were satisfied with the price. We have not a single complaint. They have served us well.

One Call responded within one day after being called. They started work that day.After locating the problem causing the ceiling damage, they fixed the toilet ring and started work on the ceiling. An exterior door was ordered.A day later they finished the ceiling and installed the door. The following day the door was painted.They were always on time, professional and pleasant.

I had other bookshelves there that I wanted the new one to match in style. When the new cabinet was delivered it was different from the others. But they quickly had it changed to match. In the end, it came out exactly as we wanted

He did an excellent job and did it on time. He was very courteous and prompt.
