We looked around for maids and she’s one that we browsed.  They did a good job.  It’s just that the price will go up the next time or something.  They did a good job; it was not fantastic and there were a few things that we had that still behind and had them fix it like the ceiling and the cob webs.

They did a great job and everything was done as promised. I would use them again and recommend them.

We are dumping them and would give them a very low score for satisfaction. We've been using Merry Maids of Augusta for the last 2 years. They were here last week and that was the final straw visit. We've had them come out and redo cleanings. We've talked to the owner and management.The lady that comes out is a very nice young lady. The bathroom sink is always dirty after they leave. The dusting in certain places is very bad. There have been times when they made the beds up and didn't put on the sheets. The work is very unsatisfactory. They have broken things but that was an accident. They did respond when we called them. We would not recommend them to anyone.

Arrived early. Spoke with my father extensively about what he wanted the most emphasis on. Got down to business immediately and cleaned and organized non-stop until the job was done.

The first visit, we had 3 maids cleaning the house. It was called a deep cleaning, this was pretty pricey. We noticed after they left that they neglected to clean some baseboards, and chair rails in bedrooms and dining room. Also, Tops of pictures in hallways were not dusted. The second visit we had one maid to clean and she did not make up the guest room bed and did not remove small items in the guest bathroom to mop the floor. We reported this to Merry Maids and they offered to have someone else to come back to clean the areas. The third visit, we had a different maid to clean and she did a very good job..

The bill they left me was very high, $248 is an astronomical amount for a 1 bedroom apartment and it was double the contract amount.

Things are fine and I am very happy with their services. They could stand to do better vacuuming but otherwise I am happy with their services. Their prices are fair. I bought a package that they offer for 26 cleanings so I got a discount. They came and assessed what I wanted done and how many rooms I wanted cleaned and if I had pets or kids. Then they gave me a price and I was happy with it.

They come once every three weeks. They do a really good job. We really like the work.

I pay $125 per month for cleaning. I like their punctuality and honesty. We can leave the house with them there and they won't lock us out; and we don't worry till we get back. I can't say the same for all of the people they have; but this one particular lady that we just had did an excellent job.

They give special attention to one area of the house each time they come. The quality of the work is not consistent. They charge us with good intention but they have a lot of turnover and different people come to your house, and so you get a different level of service when they send different people. I don't think that they are high-priced but I would be willing to pay more for somebody that was really good. I am considering to use them right now but I would probably change if I had the time and energy to find somebody else.

They are excellent. They are very thorough and they send the same woman each time so she is familiar with the house. She is very careful with what she does and she is very pleasant. It seems to be a reasonable price for what they do.
