Master City Flooring took too long to complete my job. What was quoted as an 8 day job lasted 2.5 months. Additionally, the person laying the floors, Troy/ Lloyd Sparks, was extremely unprofessional. He secretly added cost to the job and tried to threaten me with a lien on my house if I did not pay them an extra $100, which we did not agree to, on a $6000 dollar job. To add to this insult, he left my house and driveway a complete mess! I have worked with many contractors in my line of work. This experience has been the worst thus far. I would definitely not invite this group to your residential or commercial job site to do anything because you will end up disappointed.

Contractor got paid in full but didn't complete the work. He hired a dumpster provider to place a dumpster, then didn't pay for it. The dumpster company picked up the dumpster, but because this contractor hadn't paid them, they dumped the entire contents of the dumpster in my yard. It will cost me hundreds of dollars to get a dumpster placed and pay someone to pick up the mess, and I will still have to pay someone to complete the work.
