The wait time is not long, it has never been longer than 15 minutes. The vet interacts very well with the pets. He is very, very sweet with the pets. That is why I keep going back. I feel like they give them quality service. He remembers my pets. I think they are really nice the way they interact with your pets.

We had an examination and vaccinations for our two dobermans. Dr. Norman is a great young new vet. She is able to answer questions and She obviously loves what she does. Very professional and spends time with you and your pets. I would not hesitate to recommend her for your pet needs.

Dr. Norman is wonderful. She spends time with you and your animals and answers questions. It is not rushed and she is both caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend her services.

They were able to see my dog (as a new client) the same afternoon I called, and we're extremely prompt and friendly when we arrived. They had all the medications we needed on hand, and we were in and out in under 30 minutes feeling like we got excellent care. We also boarded her there the following weekend (due tour Refular boarder not allowing the "cone of shame" and they did great with taking care or her medical needs and giving her medications for free. The only problem we had was that since they don't have regular Sunday hours, they tell you they will call when they go over to feed the animals dinner and you can meet them there. However, we didn't get called until after 10pm, at which point we were seriously worried that they had either forgotten to call us and/or concerned that the animals don't get to eat and go out at a reasonable hour. Bottom line, we will definitely use the vet again, but probably won't board with them again unless we have a medical issue that needs attention.
