+ 0 moreI am very pleased with the work done...I am dry...there is no evidence of more leaks or water damage.
Description of Work: I had a leaky roof that caused water damage to the ceiling and walls of my bedroom. Mr. Martin came to my home, accessed the damage, and gave me an estimate of the cost of repairs. We scheduled a day for the work to be done; Mr. Martin reported on time and completed the repair in a very timely manner. He actually finished in less time than expected.

+ -1 moreProject was not completed after 4 years, even though there was an estimated completion of 4 months. Work and subcontractors did INFERIOR work. If you see or hear tell of this man, run for the hills and don't look back.
Description of Work: Demolition went like a dream and ahead of schedule. Money was paid on time and ahead of schedule, even over budget. Once things were destroyed work slowed down until work was only being done once a week.
