Terrible service, house was still dirty after service, did not follow checklist for all cleaning needs
Response from Maid in America
"Mr. [member name removed] hired me for Masters 2013. We reviewed a checklist and agreed on what would be included. The services were provided and Mr. [member name removed] was happy. We agreed on a a charge of $45 per cleaning and if he was happy there would be a tip at the end. Mr. [member name removed] paid me a decent tip and told me he was happy with my service and hired me for regular service which was to be every 2 weeks but he changed it to every 2 weeks (I did not up the price, I kept it at $45 per cleaning). He paid me $50 (a $5 tip every time I came) there was never any complaints and he continued to have me come and clean while paying me a tip. It wasn't until he cancelled his last service (which he should have been charged for the cleaning as he did not give me any notice and this is listed in the agreement, I did not charge him). His reason for cancelling is because I did do the dishes and laundry. I made it perfectly clear that I ONLY do that for Masters. I am not going to charge somebody $45 for a 3 bed 2 bath home and do laundry and dishes. He is out of his mind. Plus as you can see he states he paid $65, that was his first lie. Is there no honest people left in the world? I am more than willing to come back and correct any errors (as long as it is something I do). I am human and everybody makes mistakes but I am not doing laundry and dishes and this IS listed on my agreement among a few other things I don't do."

Danielle always does a fantastic job when she cleans our home.  Even the little things that we don't think about are taken care of.  She has done a move out clean for us and the work was beyond exceptional.  I love that she works with us when life gets in the way.  She makes time to come for extra cleans when we are having house guests or throwing a party. She has come to get us ready for gatherings and then come back to clean up after.  The rates are far below others in the area and we still get great service.  She is flexible when we need to change our regular day and goes above and beyond to try to work with us.

Danielle is professional, reliable, thorough, flexible and honest. I have left her alone in my home many times with no concerns. She does an excellent job and I highly recommend her.
