All work was completed in a timely manner, actually ahead of schedule. Work crew was respectful of me, my house, and my belongings, taking care to make sure everything was protected. Would do a "clean up" of my house every day prior to leaving. Workers were on time and efficient. Able to trouble shoot problems with effective results. Also able to offer suggestions/advice to greatly enhance my project. Despite this, after the job was completed and the work crew was gone, the trim paint in the high traffic areas of my house started to peel. After having more than one person look at it, I (we) realized the wrong type of paint was used. Yes, I did purchase the paint, as agreed to prior to starting the project; however, I purchased the type of paint I was directed to purchase from the contractor. So now, any time anyone/anything bumps into the doorways, the paint bubbles up and starts to peel.
Review updated 10/18/15: not even 2 months after the project was completed, the sheet rock that was replaced is starting to show signs of cracking at the seams. The seam tape on the ceiling is actually starting to peel back! This is not going to be an easy fix since the ceilings are 2 story high and require scaffolding to get to. As mentioned previously, the paint on the trim and doorways continues to bubble and peel.
