I called them about repairing a leaking water pipe lead from the street to my house. They told me when they could come and make the repair. They showed up when they said that they would be there and made the repair in good time.

Great experience! The staff at Landrum Supply are knowledgable and friendly and the showroom is awesome!. I really appreciated the design expertise when purchasing fixtures for a kitchen and bath remodel. If I need a repair or replacement part, they usually have what I need in stock. If not, they can order it within a few days. They also have some excellent plumbers working for them that they can recommend. You won't find this kind of service or quality at the big box stores! I prefer Landrum over the big box stores because they carry OEM replacement parts.
