The front half was re-roofed a year earlier thinking we just needed the front due to hail damage when we discovered a leak in the front half of the house.  However, a year later, we discovered another leak in the back half of the house.  It always goes well with Marcus Kraemer.  He has always been professional and honest with me in price and quality.  Most roofers would have told me that I needed the front half done too, but Marcus was honest in telling me that the front half was fine, and that the back is the only issue. I will always use his company now and in the future.  I can always count on him to do the proper job the PROPER way!  I have run across many roofers in my profession in the past that leave off the flashing where needed, causing rot and moisture problems with the roof in a short amount of time, cutting roof shingles too short, causing water to run behind metal capping sometimes, then causing rot, not completely covering edges with tar paper, causing gables to rot.  So many things that are overlooked by many roofers in this town, but not by Marcus!  He makes sure the job is done properly from start to finish!  I would highly recommend him for shingle or metal roofs.  Most people do not realize how critical a good roofing job is.  They know it is important to have a good roof, but do not have a clue as to whether they have a "good" roof or not.

Perfect in every way from the beginning to the completion. Markus and his crew are top notch professionals. They get the job done quickly and efficiently with expert workmanship.. They also take care to protect landscaping, and they tidy up the work area every day. They show up at the crack of dawn and work tirelessly until the end of day. I have hired a lot of contractors in my 51 years, and I can honestly say that this has been my most painless experience that I have ever had.. I highly recommend Kraemer Roofing and Construction!!

After having two other roofing companies come to my house and take measurements for my roof, both promising to get back with me the next day with estimates, neither provided me with any estimates and netiher ever called me back even after one month.
i called Kraemer roofing and construction and he came to my house and measured the roof and gave me an estimate the same day. After a little negotiation we agreed to a price of $9000. He told me he would be able to start the following Thursday and should be able to complete the project in three days. The agreement called for the removal of the old roof, install new underlayment and lifetime architectural shingles and cleanup construction area. His crew arrived the following Thursday morning on time, around 08:00, worked until about 6:30 PM, completing approximately half of the roof, The next morning they again arrived at 08:00 and by 6:30 PM the roof was completely finsihed and they had cleaned up the entire area very well; completing the job in only two of the three promised days. The roof looked beautiful and very professionally done.
Mr. Kraemer also patched the roof on my detached garage and installed ridge vents on my house at no additional cost neither of which was included in the contract.
Overall I was very well pleased with the professionalism, price, punctuality and performance of Kraemer Roofing and Construction and would definitely recommend this Company to anyone else!

Our damaged shingles were replaced. Our weathervane was repaired. A new vent was installed and calked. Mr Kraemer was on time. He answered questions and made sure the repair was satisfactory.He honestly answered questions as to when we should have the
roof replaced and why. He discussed the types of shingles available and what the cost would be for a new roof. We will use him again when the need arises.

They arrived at 7:30 AM and worked hard all day with few breaks. They worked until 6:00 PM. They had to come back the next day to finish! Yard was cleaned well and free of debris. Very professional and the roof looks great!
