It went great. Mr. Rook was flexible about the dates when we had to change. He was extremely polite and careful not to be in our way or that of other service providers who were here at the same time. Cost is based on using our left-over hardwood from the installation.

It was a package price so price doesn't really apply. His prices are excellent and he is the best in town. He is very professional and very detail oriented. He is total quality from start to finish. We are waiting on him to finish another job so he can come back and do more work for us.

Ken is a true craftsman and artisan. If you watch HGTV and see some of the master craftsman at work, Ken is one of those guys. His attention to detail is incredible. I have not found a tile craftsman like him anywhere. Ken does kitchens, bathrooms, showers and difficult mosaic patterns that most would shy away from. He is truly a master craftsman. A real artisan when it comes to tile.
