Deborah was a pleasure to work with. We had three Airbnb‘s and she was always available to do the cleanings, which is sometimes difficult because it is such an erratic schedule. She never disappointed. She took feedback very well.. Some of the cleanings were very easy because of the renters and others were very difficult because of the crazy people that sometimes rented our Airbnb’s. Sometimes there were people that did not leave on time and she was a real trooper and was willing to ask them to leave or to work around them. Sometimes I got the schedule messed up, but she never complained. I would hire her again today.

Extremely well. Ms. Mack is absolutely pleasant and thorough. I have hired other cleaning companies in the past and they pale in comparison to JWJ. All employees are courteous and professional and are routinely inspected by management. Do yourself a favor and find out how well this service CAN be provided.
