Jones Property Inspections

The Inspector arrived promptly at the appointed time. After the meet and greet he got right to work. His inspection was both systematic and through. Starting at the top of the house he worked his way down to the ground. Then around the exterior of the house and moving inside to each room. Each time he found an issue he stopped, photographed the item, and made notation. Finally after he had finished the collection of the required data he gave us quick summary of his findings. We got the 16 page report 24 hours later. Along with the report we received the invitation to schedule a free consultation explaining the report, and a free reinspection to be completed before closing. The inspector was prompt and courteous. He answered all of our questions and was helpful in suggesting solutions to the deficiencies we found.
